Acceptance of Francesca Residence is subject to a personal interview. A tour of the facility is conducted during the schedule interview.
Prospective residents must be able to care for themselves and meet their financial responsibility. Rates are extremely reasonable with basic utilities, choice of rooms, three meals, weekly cleaning and linen services.
